3. Pricing & Quotes

Quoted Prices

All prices displayed on the Site or provided verbally/electronically by our sales team are quotes only and are subject to change based on market conditions, inventory availability, and lumber commodity pricing at the time of order confirmation.

• Quoted prices are typically valid for 48–72 hours from the time of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing
• Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in lumber commodity markets (CME lumber futures, panel mill pricing)
• Volume discounts and trade account pricing are available — contact our sales team for details
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable state or local taxes unless explicitly stated

No Binding Price Commitment

No price listed on this website constitutes a binding offer. A binding sale is only created upon issuance of a written order confirmation or invoice by International Plywood & Lumber Inc.

4. Orders & Payment

Order Confirmation

All orders must be confirmed by a member of our sales team before production, cutting, or delivery scheduling begins. Verbal commitments are not binding until confirmed in writing (invoice or email confirmation).

Payment Terms

• New accounts: Payment in full is required prior to or at the time of delivery/pickup, unless a credit account has been established
• Established trade accounts: Net terms (Net 15 or Net 30) may be available upon credit approval — contact our team to apply
• Accepted payment methods: Check, ACH/bank transfer, and major credit cards (surcharge may apply to card payments)
• Returned checks: Subject to a $35 returned check fee plus any costs of collection

Custom & Cut Orders

Custom-dimensioned or cut-to-size orders may require a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% before processing begins, as these materials cannot be restocked. Our sales team will confirm deposit requirements at the time of order.

Taxes

Florida state sales tax (currently 7% in Miami-Dade County) will be applied to all taxable purchases unless a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate (DR-13) is on file with us. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a current, valid resale certificate to claim tax exemption.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery Area

We deliver to job sites throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Delivery scheduling, lead times, and minimums will be confirmed by our sales team at the time of order. We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations that are inaccessible to our delivery vehicles.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all materials pass to the buyer upon delivery to the job site or upon pickup from our Doral warehouse, whichever occurs first. International Plywood & Lumber is not responsible for materials after delivery acceptance.

Delivery Discrepancies

Any discrepancies in delivered quantities, species, or grades must be reported to our team within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours may not be honored. All deliveries are accompanied by a delivery receipt — please inspect materials before signing.

Warehouse Pickup

Customers are welcome to pick up at our Doral warehouse (7340 NW 56th St, Doral, FL 33166) during business hours, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. A valid ID and order confirmation are required for pickup. Forklifts are available for loading assistance.

6. Returns & Claims

Return Policy

Due to the nature of lumber and panel products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

• Standard stock items may be returned within 7 days of purchase in original, undamaged condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Custom-cut, special-order, or non-stock items are non-returnable
• All returns require prior written authorization from our sales team — do not return materials without an approved Return Authorization (RA) number
• Returned materials must be delivered to our Doral warehouse at the buyer’s expense, freight prepaid

Defective or Damaged Material

If materials arrive damaged or are found to be defective (grade non-conformance), notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. We will work with you to replace non-conforming material or issue a credit at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, handling, or installation after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on discountplywood.com — including text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, logos, and HTML/CSS code — is the property of International Plywood & Lumber Inc. and is protected by applicable U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:
