What is the groove size on the edge-banded birch drawer sides?
The edge-banded White Birch C2 UV2 sides have a 5.75mm wide groove, 5.4–5.8mm deep, placed 12.8mm from the bottom (±0.3mm). This is the standard profile for Blum Tandem Plus Blumotion, Grass Dynamoov, and Hettich ArciTech undermount slides with standard 5mm system bottom panels.
Do the solid rubberwood sides accept 1/4″ plywood drawer bottoms?
Yes. The solid rubberwood sides have a 1/4″ (6.35mm) groove machined at 1/2″ from the bottom — the standard American face-frame cabinet specification. Standard 1/4″ Baltic birch or 1/4″ hardwood plywood drawer bottoms drop right in.
Can I order less than a full box?
We primarily sell by the box — 20 pcs for 4″ and 6″ heights, 10 pcs for 8″ and larger. Call us at (305) 884-0860 to discuss minimum order quantities for your shop’s volume. Trade account holders with established history may qualify for partial-box pricing on special orders.
What’s the difference between UV2 and UV on 3 sides?
UV2 means the factory UV-cured finish is applied to both faces of the panel — ideal when both the interior and exterior of the drawer box are visible. “UV on 3 sides” (solid rubberwood) means the two faces and one edge are finished, with one edge left raw for wood-glue joinery (dovetail assembly). Both are harder and more durable than any field-applied finish.
