When the Job Can’t Wait Until Morning
Our standard delivery window runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. But South Florida’s event productions, film sets, and emergency restoration projects don’t always operate on that schedule.
Our On-Call Delivery Service extends our fleet beyond normal hours for clients who need material after 4:00 PM on weekdays, or any time on weekends. Whether it’s a last-minute stage build, a job site, or a late-evening production deadline — we can move material when you need it moved.
On-Call service is dispatched from our Doral warehouse at 7340 NW 56th St and covers Miami-Dade and Broward County. Availability must be confirmed by phone before scheduling. Premium rates apply to cover driver time, logistics, and after-hours operations.

Who Uses On-Call Delivery?
After-hours delivery is built for industries that operate outside a 9-to-5 window. If your production timeline, event schedule, or emergency job site demands material outside regular hours — this service is for you.
TV & Film Productions
Set builds run on production schedules, not warehouse hours. When a director needs set material on a or a night shoot runs short, we move material on your timeline.
Event & Stage Production
Concert stages, trade show builds, and convention center setups often load in on weekends and evenings. Our on-call service keeps your build schedule on track.
Emergency Restoration
Hurricane damage, fire damage, and emergency board-up situations don’t wait for Monday morning. We provide after-hours CDX, OSB, and structural panel delivery for urgent restoration crews.
Weekend Job Sites
Contractors running crews or working through a weekend push can schedule material to arrive before the crew starts. No waiting until Monday to stay on schedule.

Booking on-call service is straightforward. Call us, confirm availability, and we handle the rest.

Confirm Your Order
Provide your product list, quantities, and delivery address. We’ll confirm stock availability and provide your final rate quote before dispatch.
We Dispatch
Our driver loads from the Doral warehouse and delivers to your site on the agreed schedule. All deliveries are flatbed — palletized or bundled. Have your crew or equipment ready.
Job Done
Material on site, schedule preserved. Trade accounts can invoice against their net terms. New customers pay at time of dispatch confirmation.
Important: On-call deliveries are subject to driver and fleet availability. We strongly recommend calling at least 4–6 hours in advance for weekday after-hours service, and 24 hours in advance for weekend and late evening delivery.
