International Plywood is a wholesale supply source, not a freight company. That split keeps export orders simple: we handle the material side in Miami, and your freight forwarder handles the shipping side.
Send us your panel and lumber list. Our team reviews it, confirms what we can supply and in what quantities, and quotes it for your trade account. Once you approve, we pull and stage the order in our Doral warehouse and deliver it to the South Florida freight forwarder or consolidation warehouse you name. From that point, your forwarder takes over — booking, documentation, ocean freight, customs clearance, and delivery at destination.

Getting an Export Order Ready the Right Way
Consolidated shipments go wrong for boring reasons: an incomplete list, a grade that was never confirmed, or units that arrive at the forwarder without a reference number. A few habits keep Caribbean orders clean.
- Send one complete list. Group items by panel type and thickness so quantities can be confirmed in one pass.
- Confirm before you book. Get written confirmation of what we can supply before your forwarder books space.
- Tell us your labeling. Give us the reference, PO, or mark your forwarder wants on each unit.
- Ask your forwarder about receiving. Cutoff days, appointment windows, and how they want units presented at check-in.
- Ask what your forwarder needs from a supplier. Send us their checklist and we will provide what applies to the material we supply.
- Plan for humidity. Sheet goods travel and store better when units stay flat, dry, and covered until they reach the jobsite.

Do you handle the ocean freight and customs?
No. International Plywood supplies and prepares the material. You or your freight forwarder handle ocean freight, export and import documentation, customs clearance, and delivery at destination. We deliver your prepared order to the South Florida freight forwarder or consolidation warehouse you designate.
Where do you deliver export orders?
To your freight forwarder or consolidation warehouse in the South Florida / Miami area. Name the location and any receiving instructions on your order, and we coordinate the drop-off from our Doral warehouse.
Which Caribbean markets do you support?

What if I do not have a freight forwarder yet?
Most Caribbean buyers already work with a forwarder in the Miami area. You choose and book the forwarder that fits your route and your paperwork requirements — we do not book freight. Once you have one, give us their name, address, and receiving requirements and we will prepare the order for that drop-off.
Which products can I include in an export order?
Cabinet-grade plywood, marine-grade panels, Baltic birch, hardwood plywood, MDF and MDO, CDX and OSB, pressure-treated lumber, hardwood lumber, wood veneers, and specialty panels. Products, grades, and quantities are subject to confirmation by our team at the time of quoting.

No. We are a wholesale trade-only distributor. We work with contractors, developers, cabinet shops, marine builders, millwork companies, procurement teams, and freight-forwarder customers.
