What do I need to open a trade account?
Your business name, Florida contractor license or business license number, and an estimate of your monthly material spend. We don’t require a minimum order to open an account — just a regular purchasing relationship.
How long does account approval take?
Most accounts are approved within one business day. A rep will call you to confirm terms, set up your credit line, and get your account active. You can place your first trade-priced order the same day.
How does the rebate work?
Your rebate is calculated on your total monthly spend and paid to your account the following month. Bronze accounts earn 2%, Silver 2.5%, and Gold 3% — plus an additional bonus for Gold tier. No minimum to earn — every dollar you spend counts toward your rebate.
How do I move up to a higher tier?
Tiers are calculated on your average monthly spend over the trailing 3 months. As soon as your average crosses the next threshold, your pricing and terms automatically upgrade — no paperwork, no application required. Your rep will notify you when you’ve moved up.
Do you deliver to job sites?
Yes. All trade account orders include forklift delivery anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward County. For Silver and Gold accounts, we offer scheduled recurring delivery runs. Call before noon for same-day delivery on most orders.
Can I have multiple job sites on one account?
Yes. Trade accounts support multiple delivery addresses under one billing account. All deliveries across your job sites count toward your monthly spend tier calculation.
